Into the Private Domain: Artists' Studios Past and Present is the third annual symposium jointly sponsored by Olana and the Thomas Cole Historic Site.

This year's program is inspired by the restoration of both Frederic Church's studio at Olana and Thomas Cole's original studio building at Cedar Grove. The two-day event offers a wonderful opportunity for the public to view these two historic studios, attend lectures on the studios of Daniel Chester French, NC Wyeth, and Russel Wright and to personally interact with contemporary emerging artists within their private artistic spaces.

Made possible with public funds from the New York Council on the Arts, a state agency.
